Bryan Milan at Chapman Ford is very douchey. He lied to me and pulled a “bait and switch” on me. He said they would order a Raptor R for me at MSRP, $117,000, if I came down and put down a non-refundable deposit. I told them that I’d pay in full, cashiers check, if they could give me the truck at MSRP. They said they would. I got down there and they said MSRP was $157,000 because they added a dealer “addendum” or markup to the MSRP. Newsflash, MSRP is manufacturer’s suggested retail price and does not include dealer markups ...

Late yesterday afternoon, it was my pleasure and good luck to meet Service Advisor, Richard P... I had a rear inside sensor-controlled light that would not turn off. As a walk-in customer, Richard took the time to solve and fix my problem. The acid from an old battery had leaked and shorted the battery cable effecting the sensor... Problem solved! It is nice to see there are a few "old school" individuals, who will make time to attend to an immediate problem. A light that remains on all night would have most likely result in a dead battery! ...

Christian helped us purchase a new Ford Platinum Escape right after it rolled off the truck. He assisted us in getting the vehicle transported to our home in Salem, OR with no problems at all. Run! This dealership has the highest apr, dealer add-on fees in AZ. Not transparent shopping. All reviews are done by employees/fake. Salesman switch and bait tactic to force you into a deal. Educate yourself and shop around you’ll confirm what I’m saying.

Purchased a 2023 F-250 Superduty from Chapman Ford. The sale went well but they have been absent on follow up to correct the broken “WE OWE” issues on a brand new truck. The day of the sale I couldn’t get them to stop calling. Now that they got their money no one returns calls and it’s just crickets. Bad experience after purchase. Stay away.
I can to view a used Mustang and to compare the deal with an offer (2021 GT) that I had from Carvana. In an hour, I had a 2023 Mustang for just $4k more than the used one at Carvana. Mike Brill is a “car guy” and REALLY knows Mustangs. He still has his 1970’s Mach 1 and it’s a beauty!!
